YAMZ WORLD SHOP FAQ’s

Do you offer a return policy?

YAMZ World offers a 14-day return policy for online apparel purchases. All other sales are final. It must be 14 days from the date the package was received. Please send us an email (yamzcreative@gmail.com) with your order number/product you wish to return - and we will provide further instructions. Returns come at your expense, as a small brand, we do not have the facilities or logistics to offer free returns. Returned items must be in perfect condition and with this original packaging intact, otherwise they will be refused. We offer only store credit on returned items. Store credit that is sent via digital code for returned items is valid for 6 consecutive months. As our apparel is printed in small batches, we cannot guarantee any sizes or designs.  

 

What if there is an inventory mixup and what I ordered isn't available?

Inventory mixups happen and we understand it can be frustrating. If we no longer have what you ordered, a YAMZ World team member will email you to notify you of the mixup. You can select anything of the same value for us to replace your order with OR we can issue a partial refund. 

 

Why is my order taking so long?

Yamz World is committed to getting orders fulfilled promptly. We are mostly a team of one meaning it takes anywhere from 4-8 business days to fulfill orders. Once fulfilled, we ship our orders, and it takes time to reach you. If you need an order fulfilled quicker for any special occasion reach out to us and we can see what options are available.  

 

What if my package comes damaged?

We do our very best to protect our pieces for shipping, but postal mishaps are sometimes inevitable. If your package arrives damaged, please email us (yamzcreative@gmail.com) and we will come up with a solution case by case. 

We do not offer customer service through any social media platform. For any inquiries, please email yamzcreative@gmail.com and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. We are a very small team, but are always happy to help. 

 

My package says it's delivered but I can't find it?

If you receive a notification saying that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, we urge you to contact the shipping platform immediately. Once YAMZ World ships a package it is out of our hands and there is noting we can do about it. We use USPS and UPS, you should get an email with tracking info for the package. All of our shipping is insured, therefore if you cannot find it, USPS should be able to offer you a refund on your package. 

If there was a shipping address mistake on the part of Yamz World we would be happy to help with that. If you entered a wrong address and did not contact us before shipping, there is not much we can do. 

YAMZ World In-Person Market Policy 

All sales are final. - No exchanges besides apparel. 

Apparel exchanges must happen the same day and can only be exchanged for a different size. Sizes are not guaranteed. Exchanged items must be in perfect condition and with this original packaging intact, otherwise they will be refused. A YAMZ team member will assess all garment exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
